4 Reflection Questions for the New Year

A simple guide to examine 2022 and enter 2023 with intention.

When I spend one-on-one time with my kids, I typically ask them the same four questions: 

1. What’s working? 

2. What’s missing? 

3. What’s confusing? 

4. What do you want more of? 

These are the same questions my mentor and coach often asks me. They are a great pulse check for life—offering the opportunity to process out loud what’s been stirring beneath the surface.
